Eight Hours of Live Music:
Experience a stellar lineup of live performances throughout the day, featuring internationally acclaimed musicians. Enjoy the soulful sounds of JAZZ HOUSE teaching artists—professional musicians renowned for their exceptional talent—as well as JAZZ HOUSE alumni, who are making waves as rising stars in the jazz world.
Family-Friendly Fun:
The festival is designed with families in mind, offering activities and entertainment for all ages. The Verizon Jazz Discovery Zone will be a hub of creative expression, providing art-making and movement activities that will delight children and engage adults alike.
Renowned Hosts:
Get ready for a dose of humor and charm as comedian Alonzo Bodden returns to host the Downtown stage. Known for his quick wit and engaging presence, Bodden is sure to keep the energy high and the audience entertained. SiriusXM Jazz personality and vocalist Andromeda Turre will also be gracing the stage as a host, adding her unique flair to the event.
Curated Food and Merchandise:
Savor a diverse selection of delicious food from local vendors and explore a curated array of merchandise. With over 175 vendors stationed throughout the festival areas, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Community Support:
The festival will take over nearly half a mile of Bloomfield Avenue, from Grove Street to Midland Avenue, which will be closed to traffic for the event. This closure allows attendees to fully immerse themselves in the festivities and take advantage of Montclair’s numerous retailers and restaurant storefronts.
