Celebrate 15 Years of Jazz: This year marks the 15th anniversary of the Montclair Jazz Festival, and what better way to celebrate than with a high-energy block party featuring some of the most electrifying DJs in the business? The festival’s main Downtown Stage will host an unforgettable dance experience, bringing the vibrant spirit of Montclair to a crescendo.
DJ Brother Mister and DJ Prince Hakim:
- DJ Brother Mister (Christian McBride): Renowned bassist and jazz icon Christian McBride, also known as DJ Brother Mister, will be spinning tracks that blend jazz rhythms with contemporary beats. McBride’s dual role as a musician and DJ promises a unique and thrilling set that will have everyone on their feet.
- Special Guest DJ Prince Hakim: Joining the celebration is DJ Prince Hakim, a New Jersey native celebrated for his performances at major events such as Bonnaroo and Art Basel, as well as his appearances at some of New York’s hottest clubs.
