For longtime Outlander fans, these words feel like home. As the global phenomenon reaches its conclusion in 2026, its heart continues to beat on stage with Outlander in Concert, an officially licensed live concert experience created in collaboration with showrunner Matthew B. Roberts and original Emmy Award winning composer Bear McCreary. Like the stones of Craigh na Dun that carried Claire through time to Jamie, this symphonic experience guides audiences through love and loss, past and future, Scotland and beyond. The iconic score, performed live by a full orchestra featuring instruments including bagpipes, fiddles, and the hurdy-gurdy, takes center stage while the series’ most stirring moments unfold on a cinema-sized screen. McCreary, a protege of legendary film composer Elmer Bernstein who burst onto the scene scoring Battlestar Galactica in 2004, has won three Emmy Awards and twelve International Film Music Critics Association Awards. The world premiere took place at Edinburgh’s Usher Hall, the heart and home of Outlander, launching a global tour celebrating the show’s rich heritage and timeless characters.
