Set in the quirky cross-section between education and obsession, The Mallard introduces us to Freya and Gillian, two passionate teachers who’ve just been fired after clashing with their school board. Enter Davis and Reagan—yard sale devotees on the hunt for a legendary antique duck decoy known as the Horace Crandall Mallard.

What unfolds is a hilariously sharp, emotionally charged clash between ideals, identity, and the pursuit of something more than just a dusty old duck. It’s a battle of values, egos, and unexpected alliances that quickly spirals into chaos—and comedy.
