Pazza Expands with a New Bar & Lounge in Franklin Lakes
Pazza, a beloved fixture in Franklin Lakes, is officially growing its footprint by taking over the space next door and introducing a brand-new bar and lounge. With a newly acquired liquor license, this expansion is set to elevate the dining experience and establish the restaurant as a go-to destination for cocktails, wine, and craft beer.
Debuting on September 1st, the new space will offer a full-service bar experience right next to the main dining room. Guests can look forward to a thoughtfully curated selection of handcrafted cocktails developed by Pazza's own mixologist, alongside a rotating list of seasonal beers and fine wines. This addition not only provides a new, vibrant atmosphere but also brings seating for up to 50 more guests.
While the bar's transformation is ongoing, the full food menu will eventually be available in the new area. Pazza also has plans for extended late-night hours on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, making it a perfect spot for post-dinner drinks or a lively evening out.
