A Jersey City favorite known for its handcrafted gelato and deep community roots has officially planted its flag in Bergen County. Jersey & Co. Gelato celebrated the grand opening of its newest location on December 20, welcoming customers to Haworth for the brand’s first venture beyond Hudson County and Newark Liberty International Airport.
Located at 160 Terrace Street, the new shop marks an important milestone for the growing business, introducing Bergen County residents to a concept built on small-batch production, bold flavors, and an emphasis on authenticity. The Haworth location takes over the former Fitzie’s space and brings a familiar neighborhood feel that aligns with the company’s community-first approach.
Founded by lifelong Jersey City residents Peter Jose and LeKendrick Shaw, Jersey & Co. Gelato has earned a loyal following by focusing on quality over quantity.
