For those of you who have not heard them yet\, now is your chance to groove with a great band on their headlining debut. Tickets are available now so get yours early so you do not get shut out.\nRenee Maskin is a singer-songwriter from the vibrant music city of Asbury Park\, New Jersey. She combines earthy song craft with ambient textures and wry lyrics\, a sound that’s both familiar and unconventional at once.\nHaving cut her teeth in bands over the past several decades\, Maskin’s solo debut\, Swimming\, was recorded in 2020 as a result of the pandemic lockdown. UK’s The Rodeo hailed it as “indie-rock at its finest.” Her follow-up 2023 LP with The Mysterious Wilds\, featuring Mike Noordzy and Ben Ross\, debuted at #1 on the NACC Folk chart. She rounded out that year with another LP\, Shimmer with Maskin back in the producer chair. The record received many accolades\, including being named one of the top national releases of 2023 by The Aquarian\, and New Jersey Stage Magazine giving Maskin the title of “Songwriter of the Year”.
