SUMMARY:Parade
DESCRIPTION:“Parade”: A Haunting Journey Through American History \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPrice: $40.00 (Includes Tax + Service Fee) Dates: September 05 – September 28\, 2025 Special Features: American Sign Language (ASL) interpreted performance available on the Orange date. Hearing enhancers are also provided at the tech booth for every performance\, on a first-come\, first-served basis (quantities are limited). \n\n\n\nPrepare for a deeply moving and thought-provoking theatrical experience with “Parade\,” the acclaimed Tony Award-winning musical. This powerful production delves into a dark chapter of America’s past\, exploring the true story of Leo Frank\, a Jewish factory manager wrongly accused of murder in 1913 Georgia amidst a backdrop of rampant religious intolerance\, political injustice\, and racial tension. \n\n\n\nWith a compelling book by the celebrated playwright Alfred Uhry\, known for his Pulitzer Prize-winning “Driving Miss Daisy\,” and a magnificent\, haunting score by the three-time Tony Award winner Jason Robert Brown (composer of “Songs For a New World\,” “The Last Five Years\,” and “The Bridges of Madison County”)\, “Parade” is a masterclass in storytelling. It meticulously examines how prejudice and fear can distort justice\, while simultaneously celebrating the enduring power of love and hope in the face of overwhelming adversity. \n\n\n\nThe musical is based on the infamous 1913 trial and subsequent lynching of Leo Frank. Frank\, a Brooklyn-raised Jew living in Atlanta\, was accused of killing 13-year-old Mary Phagan\, an employee at the factory he managed. Fueled by sensationalist media and rampant antisemitism\, the trial became a national scandal. Despite inconsistencies in testimony and a lack of credible evidence\, Frank was convicted. His death sentence was later commuted by the governor\, leading to his abduction from prison and lynching by an angry mob. “Parade” powerfully brings this harrowing narrative to the stage\, reminding audiences of the dangers of unchecked bigotry and the fight for truth. \n\n\n\nImportant Note: This production is best suited for mature audiences aged 17 and above due to its exploration of sensitive historical themes\, strong language\, and mature content. \n\n\n\nBooking Information: To secure your tickets\, simply select your desired date and time\, then choose your seats. SUMMARY:Dana Fuchs
DESCRIPTION:Dana Fuchs stands at the crossroads of blues and rock\, a fierce voice in modern roots music. With Borrowed Time\, she digs into her southern rock upbringing\, channeling the loud\, guitar-driven sounds of her childhood in Wildwood\, Florida.\nRaised by an outspoken Irish-Catholic family\, Fuchs never fit the conservative mold of her hometown. Music grounded her—whether through Baptist church soul or the gritty rock of The Rolling Stones\, Led Zeppelin\, and Lynyrd Skynyrd. It taught her that rock & roll wasn’t just the sound of the South; it was the sound of the world.\nBorrowed Time shifts from personal storytelling to broader narratives. Tracks like “Nothing You Own” highlight the struggles of Cape Town’s poor\, while “Call My Name” turns the experiences of two women in a Liberian refugee camp into a universal tale of love and survival. “Double Down on Wrong” opens the album with searing riffs\, tackling political discord.

SUMMARY:Red Hot Chilli Pipers
DESCRIPTION:Bagpipes with attitude. Drums with a Scottish accent. A blazing rock band and show so hot\, it carries its own health warning \nIt’s Bagpipes. It’s Rock. It’s Bagrock. AC/DC meets the poet Robert Burns. Where rock anthems sit comfortably alongside the great tunes from the glens and the mountains of Scotland. \nIt’s The Red Hot Chilli PIPERS – (NOT the Peppers!) — a 9-piece ensemble consisting of pipers\, guitarists\, keyboards\, and drummers — who have been rocking the world from New York to Beijing to Melbourne and everywhere in between with musicianship of the highest order and a passion for pipes that will leave you breathless. The band has four music degrees from the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama and all the pipers and drummers have played at the top level in bagpiping \nSince they walked away with the top prize on the primetime TV talent show\, “When Will I Be Famous” in the U.K. in 2007\, the Red Hot Chilli Pipers haven’t stopped for a breath\, other than to inflate their bagpipes! Formed in 2002\, The Chillis have fast become a global phenomenon\, taking their signature ‘Bagrock’ sound to the masses with their unique fusion of rocked up Bagpipes and clever covers of popular songs from all genres. Their trademarked sound is a unique fusion of traditional pipe tunes – like “The Flowers of Scotland”\, “The Hills of Argyll”\, and “Amazing Grace” (done Chilli-style\, of course!) — and contemporary anthems like Queen’s “We Will Rock You”\, “Clocks” by Coldplay\, “Chasing Cars” by Snow Patrol\, “Let Me Entertain You” by Robbie Williams\, and a fantastic rock medley of “Deep Purple”\, “Smoke on the Water”\, and AC/DC’s “Thunderstruck”.
