NJ’s Best Cake Shop With Truly Epic Desserts Among Best In

Is there ever a time that a nice piece of cake and coffee after a fantastic meal is a bad idea? I think a truly delicious dessert is a great way to finish a fantastic meal. The question is “Who has the best cake in New Jersey?” In a recent article done by Lovefood, they searched out the best bakeries around America. The best of the best when it comes to sweet treats. “Whatever the occasion – wedding, birthday, graduation, or baby shower – you’re going to need a good cake. These shops make exceptional creations, from candy-inspired cakes and tropical fruit wonders to incredible, multi-tiered Champagne-spiked constructions.”

According to Kitchn.com, the most popular type of cake is kind of a surprise. They say the answer is “ice cream cake” for us here in the Garden State. Don’t get me wrong, but I don’t think “bakery” when it comes to ice cream cake. Recently one of my favorite cakes is the Tres Leche cake and that one always catches my eye on a menu. For October and “Octoberfest” you can’t beat a delicious slice of “black forest cake”.

It’s a shop in Jersey City, Dulce De Leche Bakery. “Argentine bakery and café Dulce De Leche Bakery has three New Jersey stores: one in West New York, one in Jersey City and one in Englewood. In the display case you can find whole cakes such as the Strawberry Shortcake (vanilla cake, fresh whipped cream, and strawberries) and much-loved Tres Leches (vanilla cake, Bavarian cream, dulce de leche, and peach). More complicated custom designs require a few weeks’ notice.”
